    🔁 Linens are not replaced automatically. Extra items may be provided upon request and based on availability.
  • How is the rental price calculated?
    🗓 Pricing is based on your rental duration—from your selected start date to end date. Any rental between 1 to 7 days is counted as 1 week. Taxes are included, and you'll see a complete breakdown with item images, rental weeks, and totals at checkout.
  • What should I do when my linens are delivered?
    ✅ When you arrive at your rental, inspect all linens, towels, blankets, and bags using the provided checklist. ⚠️ Report any discrepancies the same day. You're responsible for all items until they're returned.
  • Do you offer laundry service during my stay?
    🧼 Yes! We offer a wash & fold service on request. Let us know early to ensure availability.
  • Can I wash the linens during my stay?
    🧺 Yes! You may wash your linens—just follow these rules: • Wash whites separately from colors • No bleach • Use low heat to dry Failure to follow care instructions or returning stained items may result in a damage fee.
  • What happens if something is lost or damaged?
    💸 You will be charged the full replacement cost for any missing or damaged linens, towels, blankets, or bags.
